Automation
Running multiple F&B outlets means drowning in operational noise — stock alerts, shift questions, financial updates, all coming through WhatsApp at random hours.
The solution: three AI-powered Telegram bots. Flash handles staff queries about stock and operations. Kimi manages day-to-day workflow questions. CEO delivers a complete business brief every morning at 8am — covering stock levels, pending orders, expenses, freshness alerts, and priority actions across all locations.
The bots connect directly to the custom inventory system, pulling real-time data. Staff get instant answers without waiting for a manager. The owner gets a 2-minute morning briefing instead of 45 minutes of spreadsheet-checking.
From 45 minutes of morning operations review to a 2-minute Telegram brief. Staff self-serve answers 24/7.

Paper Forms
Four stock locations (2 shops + 2 warehouses), kitchen and bar tracking different ingredients, staff counting on paper, managers re-entering into spreadsheets. By the time data was 'in the system,' it was already outdated.
Built a full-stack inventory system from scratch — self-taught. Staff open the PWA on their phone, enter a PIN, and they're in. Kitchen and bar items tracked separately (restaurants handle these differently). Real-time visibility across all locations with a single tap.
The procurement pipeline is built in: stock runs low, the system flags it, managers create purchase orders, bosses approve, and everything is tracked from request to delivery. Role-based access means kitchen staff see kitchen items, managers see everything.
Zero paper tracking. 20+ staff use it daily. Real-time stock visibility replaced gut-feeling management.

HWC Coffee Malaysia — one of the country's fastest-growing specialty coffee chains with 80+ outlets — needed modern analytics and marketing technology to match their scale.
Built an enterprise dashboard with live POS API integration. Sales data flows directly from the Xilnex POS system across all outlets. Multi-outlet comparison, trend analysis, and performance tracking — all in real-time instead of waiting for end-of-month CSV exports.
Beyond analytics: designed AI-powered marketing campaigns using the voucher API system. Birthday rewards, loyalty tiers (Member, Coffee Hunter Lite/Premium), and targeted promotions — all managed programmatically through the POS API.
Real-time multi-outlet analytics replaced monthly CSV reports. AI campaigns driving customer retention at scale.
